Q.    The candles I received were a slightly different colour than shown on the website.  Why is that?

A.    The colours shown will vary depending on the internet browser that you use.  Also, because the candles are hand made, and I work in small batches, the colour may vary slightly from batch to batch.  Therefore, I would suggest that if you want a large number of candles and want them all the same colour you should order then all together as I can not guarantee an exact match.

Q.     I have recently decorated my room and I want the candles to match the colour.  Can you do that?

A.     We will try our very best to match any colour you require, and if you have a paint or fabric sample with the colour that you can send to us, we will work from that.  The only requirement we have is that if you are ordering votives or crystal potpourri you order a minimum of 8 candles (or packs) as this is the smallest batch that we can work with.
